Exports to HTML-based documents (which is Helpsets and the different flavours of HTML export) may create additional elements. To make them accessible for CSS definitions, these elements get special class definitions.
HTML export features a content tree frame on the left side of the browser window. It's body tag is of class toc.
For all page documents in Helpset, HTML tree, or single HTML file export, the body tag is of class doc.
HTML tree and Helpset export feature additional navigation elements in a p, table, or div element. This surrounding element is always of the class framenavi. In the div case, the left and right part of the navigation stuff is of class left and right respectively.
