Exporting a project

After having finished the creation of the help set content, one normally would like to make the help set available to an application or to general viewing. In HelpSetMaker, this step is called “target creation” or “exporting”.

Performing an export includes

• recreation of the complete output

• production of any additional control files

• copying of all needed files, especially images and the style sheet, below the export root.

The result is always a completely self-contained directory structure which can be used without any other parts of HelpSetMaker or any other program.
