Document-global macros
Macro editor menu item and edit window
Similar to CSS style sheet editing, HelpSetMaker allows to edit global macros in a special mode of the editor. The macros can either be saved or reverted.
The content of the macro definition file is prepended to every section processing. This makes all macros being defined here available to all documents.
