Export to a single HTML file

HTML output can also be directed to one single file, which e.g. can be printed very easily from a browser to paper. Single file output is stored in the /onepagehtml subdirectory of the project's base directory. Beside the content file, index.html, it also may contain the style sheet definition and a subdirectory /pics containing all the pictures needed by the document.
