HelpSetMaker is a graphical application which can be used in any environment where a Java Virtual Machine 1.4 or higher is available. The screenshots in this documentation show the program in a Linux/KDE environment but apart from the window decorations, it looks exactly the same on Windows or whereever.
As explaining a program has a very important visual component, this documentation features many screenshots of HelpSetMaker. They have been taken on different systems and with different versions of the program. Therefore, they might differ from what the program looks like on a certain system in a current version. Differences should be small enough, however, so that the confusion level of the reader at least not rises...
